What happens when I create the account?
You get a free account without a card. The first 30 days include the Pro features, so you get to try everything. On day 31 you carry on free on Taster (30 bookings a month, 1 zone) unless you pick Standard or Pro yourself. Nothing is charged, and the first month you pass the cap is allowed to run out so guests can keep booking.
Can the price go up once I'm a customer?
No. The price you start paying is the price you pay for as long as you are a customer. 395 kr for Standard and 695 kr for Pro is the founder price for the first 5 paying venues. After that it is 495 and 795 kr a month, but not for you.
We haven't opened yet. What applies to us?
Pro is free until opening day and for 90 days after. You pay nothing before the guests have started coming. Tell us when you open and we set it up the same day.
We're switching from another system. What applies to us?
Pro is free until your current contract ends, up to 6 months, so you never pay for two systems at once. Send us the export file from the old system and we enter your guests and bookings for you. Tell us which system you use.
We're closed part of the year. Do we have to cancel?
No. Put the account to rest under Subscription and you pay the resting price, 59 kr a month, while you are closed, at most eight months per twelve. Bookings, guests and settings stay where they are, and you keep your price when you open again.
Can the offers be combined?
The price promise always applies, however you start. If you're opening soon and switching systems at the same time, you get whichever of the two gives the longest free period, not both.
What if I'm not happy?
You're never locked in. Cancel your subscription whenever you want, no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly or downgrade when your current period ends. No hidden fees or lock-in periods.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12, so two months free. The price promise covers the annual price too. Note: Annual payments are non-refundable.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep the plan for the time you have paid for. Then the account moves to Taster and nothing more is charged. Bookings and guests stay, and guests can book as usual.
We have several venues. What applies to us?
Each venue has its own account and its own plan. If you run several places, or need something that does not fit a plan, get in touch and we will find a way.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, the dashboard is fully mobile-friendly and works just as well on phone as on desktop. Perfect for managing bookings right in the restaurant.
