Terms of Service

1. General

These terms ("Terms") apply to the use of Bordflow, a booking system for restaurants provided by JE Tech AB ("we", "us", "Bordflow"). By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. The Service

Bordflow is a SaaS booking system that helps restaurants manage table reservations. The service includes:

  • Booking widget for your website
  • Admin panel for booking management
  • Email confirmations to guests
  • Guest database

3. Account and Responsibility

As a user, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Informing guests about how their data is handled
  • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Having necessary permits for your restaurant business

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Trial period: 30 days free. Card required at registration.
  • Billing: After the trial, you are automatically charged according to your selected plan.
  • Annual payment: Prepaid and non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Price changes: Notified at least 30 days in advance via email.

5. Cancellation

  • You can cancel the service at any time via settings or email
  • Monthly subscription: Ends at the end of the current period
  • Annual subscription: No refund for remaining time
  • Your data is deleted within 30 days after cancellation (unless you request export)

6. Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not responsible for losses caused by outages.

7. Data Processing

The restaurant is the data controller for guest data. Bordflow acts as data processor. See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Intellectual Property

Bordflow and associated trademarks, design and code belong to JE Tech AB. You may not copy, modify or distribute our software without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bordflow's liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If that fails, disputes are decided by Swedish courts with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
